Tripel Kanunnik is brewed according to the original Wilderens Kannunik brewery recipe. The 4-grain bie is a soft and spicy triple with refermentation in the bottle and has a wonderfully mild finish. He has an alcohol content of 8.2%. The use of fine and noble hops makes this a beautiful beer that, in addition to barley, wheat and oats, is also made from rye. This has given the Triple a special character.

Brewed by Arcense, this Hertog Jan Grand Prestige is a Quadrupel-type beer produced using the finest raw materials.On pouring, this Dutch beer stands out instantly for its magnificent brown colour with ruby highlights. It sits beneath a generous, albeit short-lasting, head. Needless to say, it's enough to make your mouth water. The bouquet gives off superb aromas of plums and banana, followed rapidly by spicy notes. On the palate, the good impression is confirmed with a nice roundness in the prelude and beautiful flavours of dried fruit. Its finish offers an admirable persistence.

Comes from the oldest recipe from the Haarlem archives, a recipe for ‘gruit’ or mulled beer, dates from 1407. Gruit beers, crafted using herbs and spices including yarrow, rosemary and sweet gale, are the forerunners of all the familiar present-day beers. Jopen Adriaan is a dark blonde beer with a very refreshing taste. Thanks to the combination of its freshness and a mellow, spicy aftertaste, Adriaan is an ideal thirst quencher. It is especially popular in summer for serving in outdoor cafés. With an alcohol content of 5% vol, Adriaan really goes down smoothly.

Brewed by Franciscan monks, FRANZISKANER WEISSBIER is even beloved outside of Bavaria – it is made using only the finest hops and excellent spring water from Bavaria. There’s not much more to say except: “Hopfen und Malz, Gott erhalt‘s.” (“Hops and malt – God preserve them”) We recommend this dish: The Franziskaner’s oven-baked Leberkäse (a type of meat loaf) served with a crusty pretzel and a special homemade mustard. A delight for the palate!

Is one of the world’s favourites. Naturally cloudy and shining silky-gold in the glass under a really strong head of foam. At the first mouthful this weissbier classic has a mild aroma of banana. Finer palates detect a trace of mango and pineapple and the balance between sweet and bitter. Beer connoisseurs appreciate the fine note of yeast and the mild but sparkling mix of aromas. It is a typical beer garden beer, which brings people together all over the world.

Is an IPA (India Pale Ale) or, in old Dutch, a ‘Duraebel Scheepsbier’. These beers were extra strongly brewed and extra hopped so that they could be taken along on the long sea voyages to the Dutch East Indies (current-day Indonesia). Nowadays this type of beer is making a comeback because American brewers have breathed new life into this brewing style. This hoppy amber beer is named after the lake between the towns of Spaarndam and Haarlem, the Mooie Nel (literally: Beautiful Nel). The beer has received an extra hop addition to the tank after fermentation to give it a clear hop character. Silver medal winner Brussels beer Challenge 2014.

The rich bitter flavours perfectly match the quirky character of MARTIN’S IPA 55. Its golden colour, thick white head and brilliant sparkle contribute to an intense feeling of delight. The citrus notes combined with hints of hops give the beer a fresh and tempting flavour. The bitterness causes an elegant but strong finish. Martin’s IPA 55 has an outspoken personality without being aggressive. Quite the contrary: the subtle bitterness can be attributed to the use of five of the best hops in the world, including Kent Golding and Extra Styrian Dana, and especially the Cascade and Citra hops added during the dry hopping process. With a bitterness of 55 IBU, this beer is a reference within the category. Martin’s IPA 55 embodies the ideal taste of an authentic and pure beer.

A high proportion of Crystal malt in OLD SPECKLED HEN provides the key toffee/caramel flavour. The yeast used to ferment the beer provides the other key character - estery or banana/pear drop. This estery note provides the fruity and refreshing balance. The hops used add a palate cleansing herbal note and very slight orange citrus. A very malty, full bodied and warming ale.

SWEETWATER 420 is an orange colored beer with a white head that is certainly stable. The scent is such a beautiful west coast old school IPA. Spicy and resinous from the hops and under a nice "malty backbone". Much going on in the smell. The taste matches the smell. For mainly good bitters in it, very refreshing. I taste the malts and hairy hops, some citrus and spiciness. The body is full.

OLD GEUZE BOON consists for 90% of 18-month old Lambic, 5% 3-year-old beer with character, and 5% very young Lambic. Maturation takes place in old oak barrels, after bottling the beer is aged for several months in the bottle, and secondary fermentation takes place.

The “Spéciale Belge Ale” PALM beer style is one of the better Belgian beers of the early 20th century. This smooth-drinking, amber-coloured, top-fermentation beer has a reasonable alcohol content. Special PALM malts are responsible for its honey-like mellowness, and PALM’s own selected yeasts give it a fruity yeast aroma. Fine aroma hops from Kent afford a subtle harmony.

Is a fruity beer (Kriekenbier) based on Bacchus Oud Vlaams Bruin (Old Flemish Brown) with the addition of krieks (Morello cherries). The production process is similar to that of the St. Louis fruit beers (also in the hands of Castle Brewery Van Honsebrouck). However, with St. Louis fruit beers, the fruit is maturing on gueuze-lambiek instead of Oud Vlaams Bruin.
