A limited edition 17 year old expression from the Glencadam distillery, initially matured in bourbon casks before being transferred over to a trio of specially selected Portwood hogsheads to finish for a number of years. It was then bottled without chill-filtration or additional colours at 46% ABV.

A great malt which Jim Murray awarded 95 points in his Whisky Bible, this is excellent value for money. The flavours are simple, but flawless, a clean, crisp 15 year old from the Dalwhinnie distillery, also part of Diageo's Classic Malts range.

One of the three official Craigellachie bottlings released in 2014, their 13 year old single malt Scotch whisky handsomely shows off the bold, robust character of the distillery's output. Oodles of dynamic fruit notes with a distinctive current of smoke running through the middle.

This entry level Bunnahabhain bottling comes in a redesigned bottle. This 12 year old is a light, fresh dram, bottled at the higher strength of 46.3% - for more complexity and flavour.

A terrific single malt from The Balvenie. This Speysider was initially aged in traditional oak casks before it was finished in casks which previously held Caribbean rum, imparting some extra sweetness and warmth to the whisky. 

From the Hakushu distillery in the foothills of Mount Kaikomagatake comes their Distiller's Reserve single malt whisky, a no-age-statement expression, that captures the smoky, herbaceous characteristics of their whiskies. Both lightly-peated and heavily-peated malts were used for this complex and deeply enjoyable whisky. One of two Spring 2014 release from Suntory.

Chivas Regal is a world-famous Scotch blend which was first made in the early 20th century by Chivas Brothers. The company can trace its roots back to 1801, with the opening of a grocers at Number 13 King Street, Aberdeen. Selling luxury food, coffee and spices, it wasn't until half a century later that the company started to make whisky, and then not until post-US Prohibition that Chivas Regal 12 Year Old was first officially released.

The classic 12 Year Old Aberfeldy single malt Scotch whisky, distilled in the Highlands. While the label sadly no longer features a red squirrel, it now comes with a rather handsome black and rose-gold colour palate to match the rich, malty, honeyed flavour profile.

The heart of the Bowmore range, the 12 year old exhibits some beautiful coastal notes with a gentle peat, it is the balance that the floral element presents that makes this a great entry bottling for Bowmore.

That's right, it's another brilliant batch of Laphroaig's cask strength 10 Year Old! This here is batch 12, which spent its decade of ageing in bourbon barrels before being bottled up at a generous 60.1% ABV. A wonderfully creamy expression from the much-loved Islay distillery!

A 2015 addition to the Scapa range, the Skiren is a handsomely honey'd single malt Scotch whisky which has been distilled in the Scotch whisky industry's only remaining working Lomond Still! It was matured in first fill American oak casks, bringing plenty of vanilla and honey notes to the table. The name comes from the Old Norse word for 'glittering bright skies'...

Highland Park's spectacular 12 Year Old expression had a full-on Viking make-over in 2017, dubbed Viking Soul (the 18 Year Old is also getting a redesign, too). Stylish new livery and matching sub-name (Viking Honour) aside, the Orcadian single malt remains the same - delicious as ever!

Launched in late 2008 to replace the previous 12 year old, this single malt from the Dalmore distillery is a toasty, coffee-rich dram with beautifully spice notes and a thick mouthfeel. Very rich for a 12 year old.

This classic Speyside from Glenfiddich was the Winner of a Gold Medal at the 2007 International Wine and Spirit Competition, aged for 12 years in American and European Oak casks.

The fantastic and always popular Aberlour 12 Year Old, matured in both traditional oak and sherry casks, now bottled at 40% abv.

A much sought-after single malt with the massive peat-smoke that's typical of southern Islay - but also offering richness and a dryness that turns it into a truly interesting tipple. The 16 year old has truly become a benchmark Islay dram from the Lagavulin distillery.

This 12 year old is the entry level bottling from the Caol Ila distillery, launched in June of 2002 this expression is light and fresh with that distinctive Caol Ila smoke.

A bustling seaside resort has grown up around the distillery in the two centuries since it was first built in the fishing town of Oban. The West Highland malt is still produced in the same unhurried, traditional fashion and this 14 year old is a classic dram from the distillery.

In early 2019, Balblair's core range received a relaunch, eschewing the vintages that had previously adorned the bottles in favour of age statements! This is the entry level expression of the range, a 12 year old single malt matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and double-fired American oak casks. Though the vintages are gone, Balblair's whisky retains its marvellous creaminess and fruit-forward flavour profile.

Southern Comfort (or SoCo, as the people in adverts for Southern Comfort repeatedly refer to it as) is a whiskey liqueur you've undoubtedly seen on back-bars across the globe. It was first produced all the way back in 1874 in New Orleans by bartender Martin Wilkes Heron, combining classic whiskey notes with the fruity freshness of peaches. Since its birth in the late 1800s, Southern Comfort has been used in countless cocktail and mixed drink recipes - it pairs particularly well with cola and a good slice of lime.

A truly fabulous whiskey liqueur from Jack Daniel's. Jack Daniel's Honey is made with a mix of rich spices and smooth, supple honey and the result is delicious over ice or in coffee.

Fireball is a fiery and delicious liqueur made with Canadian whisky and cinnamon. Loads of complexity, and it was awarded 87 points by the Beverage Testing Institute of Chicago.

Jim Beam have taken their Bourbon and golden honey, and created this honey whiskey liqueur. This is perfect chilled down with a few cubes of ice! Classic Bourbon vanilla and caramel with a sweet notes of mead wafting on top.

Drambuie is a very famous whisky liqueur made with Scotch whisky, heather and herbs and spices. Produced in West Lothian, Scotland, Drambuie offers flavours such as anise, nutmeg and saffron.

A top-selling bottling from the Jack Daniel distillery, the mashbill is made up of 80% corn, 12% rye and 8% malt. The spirit is filtered through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal to produce a mellow, slightly smoky character, thus making it Tennessee whiskey...Light with plenty of sweetness. There are hints of dry spice and oily nuts, a touch of smoke.

Jack Daniel's have only gone and made their own cinnamon-flavoured whisky liqueur! Released in the USA in 2014, it's finally made its way to our shores. As the name suggests, it's plenty hot with cinnamon, though manages to keep some of the classic Jack Daniel's character...

A premium version of Jack Daniel's Tennessee whiskey, Gentleman Jack exhibits impressive complexity and flavour. The main difference is that it enjoys a 'double mellowing' as it's filtered through charcoal both before being filled into the barrel (the Lincoln County Process) and before it's bottled. Certainly good enough to enjoy on its own, in his book Whisky: The Manual Dave Broom also suggests that Gentleman Jack actually works better than the regular Jack Daniel's Old No.7 in a Jack and Coke too.

The renowned Canadian whisky, married in white oak barrels. Canadian Club was founded by whisky mogul Hiram Walker. The nose is of medium-body with notes of barley sugar and aniseed, notes of cut grass and fennel, a hint of straw and a vegetal freshness. The palate is quite sweet and gentle. There are notes of winter spice and dark sugars, a touch of rum. The finish is of medium-sweetness and of medium-length.

William Lawson's is a classic blended Scotch whisky with a sweet, medium-bodied flavour. Made with a high malt content, the blend was first produced by William Lawson in 1849. Sweet spice and creamy barley malt. A touch of cocoa butter, dried peels and oak.

Produced at the Midleton Distillery, Jameson is Ireland's quintessential Irish blend, a classic. Jim Murray even awarded it an incredible 95 points! A full and floral nose leads with the smooth sweetness of marmalade and fudge before a hint of Madeira and a little cut grass note emerge.

Harmony - a rather apt word to describe this well-balanced Japanese blended whisky from the Hibiki range. Hibiki Japanese Harmony is made with malt whiskies from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries, as well as grain whisky from the Chita distillery. The whiskies are drawn from 5 different types of cask, including American white oak casks, Sherry casks and Mizunara oak casks. The blend itself was crafted by the Suntory Whisky blending team, led by Master Blender Shingo Torii. An elegant expression, with wafts of honey, orange, a herbaceous touch or two and light oak.

Nose-honey sweet, fruity with vanilla and cask smell. No woody finish. Overall sweet perfume smell Palate - very smooth , malt taste, peach, apple and last honey finish Finish - peach and fruity taste lasts longer.

Cutty Sark blended Scotch whisky, produced back in the 1980s when Berry Bros. & Rudd were the owners of the brand. This 75cl bottle was produced for the Spanish market.

A back bar favourite blended Scotch whisky, J&B Rare has long been a go-to for whisky fans across the globe, particularly in Europe. Following the end of Prohibition in the USA, J&B Rare was created by Justerini & Brooks to appeal to the American palate, hitting shelves in 1933. The blend itself is made with a combination of 42 Scotch single malts and grains, with a generous portion of Speyside whisky at the expression's core. Perfect for using in mixed drinks and cocktails.

Red Label was created by the Johnnie Walker company in 1909, this is a classic blended whiskies, a great mixer and back bar favourite. A surprisingly rich, aromatic nose with heather honey, mixed peels, soft smoke and rum spice.

A much-loved and respected 12 year old blended Scotch, Johnnie Walker Black Label is one of the world's most famous blends. Born in 1909, Black Label is a blend of around 40 whiskies(!), with a distinctive mellow smoky note. Winter spice and treacle, hints of white pepper and a little citrus.

This bottling of VAT 69 Scotch whisky dates from the 1970s. Seen in Thomas Pynchon's 'Gravity's Rainbow', being drank out of a milk bottle. We trust you'll be a little more respectful. VAT 69 is a famous old brand of blended whisky, chosen by Sir Ernest Shackleton to accompany him on his Imperial Trans-Antarctic Expedition of 1914 'for medicinal and celebratory purposes', and also famously the favourite whisky of Captain Lewis Nixon of the 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, immortalised in the book and TV series Band of Brothers.

It's a one litre bottling of the fantastic Four Roses Bourbon! A legendary whiskey from Kentucky with a long history, Four Roses Bourbon is a reliably tasty expression suitable for sipping neat or for using in cocktails.

Jim Beam Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey with a blend of fruit and seasonal flavors.

Jim Beam infused with the natural essence of Black Cherry. Quite pleasant in a liqueur-y sort of way.

Buffalo Trace is the flagship bourbon for the eponymous distillery made from corn, rye and malted barley. It’s aged in new oak barrels in historic old warehouses. The award-winning bourbon is batched from no more than 40 barrels at a time, and is aged on the middle floors of the distillery warehouses where the temperature fluctuation is the greatest. A top whiskey, with oodles of vanilla, barrel char and spicy complexity.

Jim Beam bourbon undergoes distillation at lower temperatures and is distilled to no more than 62.5%, the White label is aged for four years and has quite a high percentage of rye in the mashbill.
